Gerald currently resides in the charming and walkable Clarksville neighborhood, situated next to downtown Austin, with his wife Amy, a local interior designer, and their sons, Liam and Charlie. With more than 30 years as a dedicated Austinite, Gerald has successfully led entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate, design-build, special events, and consulting, within the local community.

Gerald is a distinctive type of broker, blending robust business acumen with a fervor for intelligent urban development and local progress. He holds an MBA and a Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Gerald’s professional accreditations encompass NAR’s GREEN/Sustainable Property Designation and a designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
